'City of Light' Workshop Reading

Has anyone heard anything about this musical "City of Light"? The cast seems somewhat lackluster but I'm curious about how it sounds (as well as the book). I realize this is just a workshop but, usually, these lead to indicators of the overall show as a whole.

If anyone could offer some insight, I'd really appreciate it.
