Posted: 3/16/08 at 6:04pmThe first production will be staged and directed by Ross at Musical Theatre West, CA in November '08. For those of you who are not familiar with Silk Stockings, it is Cole Porter's last Broadway show and was based on the movie Ninotchka which was made into a movie with Fred Astaire, Syd Charisse and Peter Lorre (!). In addition to the show's biggest hit " ALL OF YOU", I assume the Porter estate will let Ross raid Porter's other shows for other hit songs.
