Has anyone heard what Mr. Wilkinson is suffering from? He has apparently been ill since February. I hope it's not serious.

That's a shame to hear!
I hope he makes a good, speedy recovery.

I wish him a speedy recovery. I start to worry it's something serious when someone has to cancel appearances in both February and May.
It's also possible that it's an issue with his voice -- it's hard to imagine that a 70-year-old can keep singing with the same voice quality as in the past. When I saw the Les Miz movie, one of the reasons that I concluded that the live singing idea didn't work was that even Mr. Wilkinson sounded shrill and weak. Now, I wonder if that might have been the beginning of an ongoing problem.
The other musical superstar that could be ill is Sarah Brightman. I doubt she'd postpone her trip to space for a trivial reason. I hope that she, too, is ok.

Wishing Colm all the best.
Sarah Brightman, by the way, is most likely not ill, since she's been undergoing intensive medical exams for the past few years. Her space trip postponement is most likely the result of the technical problems and recent malfunctions the Russian space program has been suffering from, as well as her just simply not being trained/prepared enough to fly yet.
