On Wednesday, the lady selling the show's swag said it would be available. I can't remember when she said - I want to say Feb.

No; it will be released in two weeks I believe on both platforms: digital and physical.

Supposedly Friday 2/12, however I've noticed that Broadway Records can sometime be a day or two late.
