I agree with the son's monologue from The House of Blue Leaves by John Guare. It begins Act 2 and talks about how when he was a kid he wanted to be in a movie and how his audition went very wrong. The play is farce and it's a very broad monologue which requires a lot of over the top energy.
A much lesser known monolouge is from "Where Has Tommy Flowers Gone?" by Terrence McNally. In the monolouge, Tommy talks about his disgust of having to go see his high school principal and his general dislike of school.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.
