Company already released?

I'm sort of confused...

at the pbs website:
http://www.shopthirteen.org/product/show/31666

It says that Company is "in stock". However, a few days ago it said that Company was available on pre-order and would be released on May 20th. On Amazon, it (currently) says that it will be released on May 20th.

In searching the site, I have seen that there are a few people who have already received their discs and others that are still waiting the arrival of their pre-order.

If I ordered now, do you think I would get the "...item currently on pre order and will be released in may..." thing that other people seem to be getting? or will it be shipped right away?

Note: I typically don't like to pre-order things since sometimes the product might not actually be released and you end up gettin "store-credit" or something stupid like that in return for your cash...Not a fair trade IMO. IOW, I've been burned by pre-order before and don't want to be again.

For some reason, PBS decided to ship some of them early, but as far as the rest of the world is concerned, it's still May 20th.

After reading this thread, I called PBS (literally a minute ago) and the guy I spoke to told me a new batch is now being processed. I would have mine within 3-5 business days.

When I ordered mine, it was supposed to ship on March 10th. Then it switched to the 17th. I never got an e-mail saying it wasn't going to ship until May like a bunch of other posters did, and then a few days ago, PBS charged my account, which they said they didn't do until it shipped. So I guess mine is on its way.

I got the dreaded May 20th message even though I ordered early. Will have to check my charge account and see if they changed their minds.

No frets, kids. I also received that email stating that my order ship date was changed from March to May and I just received the DVD in today's mail.

I guess retail stores will be getting the DVD in May.

Gotta wait for May to get the Blu-ray version. Ugh!

Yep, now I'm really confused. I just received a notice in the mail, stating that my order will not be shipped until May 20th. A few moments ago, I also received an e-mail, stating that my order has just shipped. I hope this does not turn into another BARE fiasco.....

I am so confused. I thought my account being charged means it's shipped, but I just got one of those postcards (dated 3.22) that it won't ship until the 20th. Wtf?

ETA: I called them, and it did ship. They said I should have it tomorrow.
