Confirmation Email for Mamma Mia (good seats?)
#1Confirmation Email for Mamma Mia (good seats?)
Posted: 12/14/07 at 4:09pmI just spend a "good" amount of money for seats for Mamma Mia in NYC for next Sat the 22nd. Matinee,, I got 3 Tickets, Left Orchestra Row C, Seats 9-13. I know they cant be terrible but any input on the state of the show now? and if i got good seats? I know i overpaid but having chronic major depression, 2 hrs of happiness and memories to last forever, it is well worth it for me :) Thx for your input. I have seen the show before in 2002.

Too close and too far over, unfortunately. Fortunate enough, most of the action takes place stage center, so you'll be fine. You'll just miss stage entrances from the left of the stage and possibly Tanya's entrance before "Does Your Mother Know?".
You've seen the show already, so don't worry. I'm sure you won't miss anything crucial.

Posted: 12/15/07 at 5:03pmMamma Mia is 2 hours of fun and good music. If it doesn't help you forget your problems, you need something stronger than Paxil or Zoloft. Enjoy. I saw it again on 12/12 and it was geat. I love this cast.

Posted: 12/15/07 at 8:50pmThose seats are fine. The theater is wide, but you're not on the really extreme sides, I don't think. You're good.

Those are excellent seats!
Don't listen to BrodyFosse123. He's just a miserable little man who wants everyone to be miserable with him. He hardly ever sees Broadway shows anyway.
I sat in Row C, 15-17 for MAMMA MIA, and I had a perfect view of everything happening on stage -- entrances, and great views of the performers.
It's wonderful to be up close in this theatre for this show.
Enjoy it! Enjoy Carolee! She is marvelous in everything she does!

Posted: 12/16/07 at 3:09amI find that Effexor works better than Zoloft.
I remember days
Or at least I try
But as years go by
They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky
