A couple of questions (and to the extent pertinent, you can consider them hypothetical, because I do):
1. How can the departure involve an ethics breach in your opinion? Are you saying you are familiar with the details and in your opinion they state an ethics violation, or simply that you are intuiting an ethics breach?
2. How do you define an ethics breach? More particularly, does it require an action that jeopardizes institutional integrity?
