A woman. He came out and they divorced in the nineties.

I thought it was odd that the last line of the announcement stated that he was previously married. Is that last statement in Wedding Announcements?

Howard looks at least 20 years younger than his age. How does he do it?

I hope he gets a shot at a big role again soon -- I was looking forward to see him in the ill-fated "Rebecca."

A friend of mine who worked with Howard before he came to NY claimed that he has a child from his first marriage. I don't know how true that is.

Your friend is correct, Dollypop. I remember seeing Howard's son with him after 2006record-breaking performance of "The Phantom of The Opera." I'm awful at guessing ages, but he looked to be about seventeen or eighteen at the time.
