#1Corbin Bleu Performance Question
Posted: 5/29/10 at 2:39amHi. I am planning to see In the Heights this summer and am hoping to see Corbin Bleu on stage. I was wondering if he is in all performances or if there are certain days or times that he does not perform? Thanks.

I'll second that. I'll also add my 2 cents about his performance. He was truly delightful. He lit up the stage every moment. He changed the minds of lots of people here that were all up in arms over him even being cast.
Because my dd, 13, has had an immense crush on him for years, we stage doored. He was the last to come out, but was gracious and friendly to all. He spent a nice amount of time with everyone and was happy to pose for pictures.

#3Corbin Bleu Performance Question
Posted: 5/29/10 at 7:47pmThanks for the info. Thats cool that he comes out afterwords and is social as I hope to meet him too. Does anyone know if he signs anything like photos or does he only sign In the Heights playbills and merchandise?

Hey Buffyfan-
Like dramamama said, his performance is top notch! As far as signing non-ITH stuff, I bet he would do it. He signed a photo of he and I that we took together the first time I saw the show. I don't see him having a problem signing one HSM photo. He was very gracious with his time both times I saw the show. The second time I saw the show was actually during the fundraising for BCEFA. After taking photos with fans in the lobby (for $ for the charity) he still came out the stagedoor and was happy to sign and take photos for people. He is a very nice young man. You will not be disappointed!

#5Corbin Bleu Performance Question
Posted: 6/14/10 at 6:44pmThanks everyone. One more question. Does he come out quick after the show? I am going to NYC to see it possibly on Saturday but I have to make a 6pm bus and I want to make sure there is enough time to meet him before I have to leave. Thanks.
#6Corbin Bleu Performance Question
Posted: 6/14/10 at 7:16pmHe is normally one of the last people out, but that doesn't mean he'll take FOREVER. And he goes down the barricade from the side closest to the box office to the end closest to Billy Elliot. So if you can get outside pretty quickly, you can get toward the front. He's really nice and will take the time to sign for everyone.
