Here is a link to a Toronto based company (Seamless Costumes) that I thought a lot of you might be interested in checking out.

There are photos from the Toronto companies of Hairspray, The Lion King, The Producers and Mamma Mia.

The pictures are extremely detailed and give you a glimpse of how the costumes look up close (which most of us never get to see).

They also built The Lord of the Rings but their site hasn't been updated.

Wow. I'd love to go there and see them all up close. I wonder if they do tours or anything...

They just build the costumes, I'd assume they don't have them in storage.
Although their shop would be interesting to tour.
You'd probally have to know someone though.

Very nice.

But I'm trying to figure out why they are showing a picture of a close-up of the inside of Edna's dress from Welcome to the 60's? That shows the threads holding on the bugle beads, which are on the other side of the fabric.

Odd choice for a close-up.
