Maybe not a full out tour, but perhaps a mini tour? In the same vain as A View from the Bridge, where its packaged in certain cities not-for-profit regional theatres?

I don't see why not...but...maybe it'd want to wait until the current tour closes?
They plan on it: https://www.nytimes.com/2019/10/22/theater/broadway-oklahoma-revival-yiddish-fiddler-closing.html
““Fiddler” was capitalized for $2.6 million, and hopes to recoup those costs with national and international tours, including a production in Australia opening next September.”

So Oklahoma! recouped?
These are stats in the NYT article
"Thus far it has been seen by 151,782 people and has grossed a total of $16.5 million, according to the Broadway League." The article goes on to state that the production and tour were capitalized at 8.5 million.
I find that of interest as most weeks it appears that Oklahoma! hovers at about the half way mark for gross potential. And box office goes down most weeks. But they must be doing well-enough.
That is a lot of people seeing this show. Also announced a 45 week tour.
