BroadwayUnderstudies.com reports:
"Former understudy Tory Ross has been offered the role of Hatchet-Face full time in CRY-BABY. Congratulations!"
Anyone know if Courtney's headed to Broadway with [tos]?

I don't know popular_eplphie but was wondering what kept her out of the show in the first place. A very big injury of some sort right?
Didn't get the chance to catch Courtney but Tory Ross is hilarious!

Posted: 5/2/08 at 11:33pmAccording to the [tos] blog, Courtney was out with an injury and was scheduled to return April 30th. Looks like she won't be returning after all. However, she has confirmed that she is moving to Broadway with [tos] this summer.

"I have also met him in person, and I find him to be quite funny actually. Arrogant and often misinformed, but still funny."

Like rats from a sinking ship.
Talent usually rises as cream to the top.
Covering Susan and Heidi has to be an interesting job.
Who's covering Hunter and Jeffy?

Worst Haiku ever.
Hey curtain, what happened to your super, inside-the-production source that told you the show was closing before opening night? All that trash talkin' and none of it panned out as true?
Care to admit you were full of it and didn't hear jack from anyone inside the actual production team? Didn't think so. At least you aren't as bad as all the posters who kept saying that an official two week notice was definitely up and that I didn't know what I was talking about when I corrected them that one was never posted.
Hopefully when the next show opens you guys will stick to opinions about the show and spare the rest of us your inside source "facts."

"BWW totally needs a score board feature."
That would be amazing. I wish someone on here would keep score and hold these people accountable. They are like the Bush administration. Keep telling enough new lies that we forget to follow up on the old ones when the time comes. What is the point? To look important when you don't know what you are talking about?
I know that curtaindownpuller and dame both were dead wrong about the closing notice but I couldn't find the rest of the posters because that thread got deleted. Don't suppose the rest of you guys will volunteer to step up and admit it?
FYI, Curtaindownpuller also randomly came up with the "fact" that Disney puts clauses in contracts that lead actors have to greet at the stage door which has also been proven to be false. If someone does come up with a scoreboard, feel free to add that one to the mix.

songanddance, why would you say something that is so easy to prove to be untrue? On 5/3 he posted in a thread called "they have never fixed cry-baby and they never will" that there were plenty of rumors that the show was closing before opening night. when I challenged him on it, he changed his story to that he had spoken with someone inside the production (now one person, not plenty of people) that knew it was happening. I told him that day that I was going to hold him to it since I knew it was a lie and it has been proven as such.
why are you defending him on this when his statement is in black and white?

I may be "full of it" and I ain't no poet.
I did hear from someone on the show that they nay close
I did not post about the closing notice till it was confirmed on this site.
And Rumours are just that, sometimes they pan out or not.
As for the cream rising and rats leaving, Chester Gregory is leaving soon also and he pretty much got the best reviews of anyone.
If the producers keep CRYBABY open and keep actors and crew employed more power to them.
Do rats eat cream?
We can only all wait and see what happens.
The best to Courtney, and Chester.
