Cry-Baby at the Seattle 5th Ave.

Has anyone heard any information about the premiere of Cry-Baby at the 5th Avenue Theatre in Seattle? It opens in February, so it's still a little ways away, but maybe someone on here has heard rumors about the cast or the show in general. I'm pretty excited about it.

The show has actually been pushed back, I'm not sure to when. The cast announced a few months ago included Christopher Hanke and Joe Madragona and as far as I know that cast is still intact

Isn't Megan Lawrence attached to this too?
A little swash, a bit of buckle - you'll love it more than bread.

It opens February 13th. And yes, Megan Lawrence is a part of the production. Here is the website of 5th Ave. It doesn't have too much information, but there are links to any articles that have been written about the show thus far.

P.S. Curtain, it is indeed a musical of the movie. re: Cry-Baby at the Seattle 5th Ave.

I think Caissie Levy (Hairspray-Penny) was or is involved. I don't know in what capacity though.

"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu

Exciting! I remember John Waters saying in a Cry-Baby interview that it was in the process of becoming a musical.
