Japanese. TOTALLY Japanese. I don't eat meat, although I do eat fish, and I try to avoid dairy wherever I can, and I love soya beans. Japanese cuisine is pretty much a perfect match. And it's actually the reason I refuse to give up eating fish to become a proper vegetarian. 
So Lea's playing Hunter, and Groff's been thrown out of 'Hair' to play Jeff? Who'd've thunk?!

I could eat sushi four-times a week. Seriously.
If you live in Prospect Heights/Park Slope, Brooklyn... put your faith in Sushi Tatsu
Otherwise, I swing by Whole Foods for the ol'reliable TriColor Combo
