My high school (I graduated last year) is going to the music festival in the city too. They, however, got the Broadway shaft and aren't seeing any shows.... Good luck in the festival!

I THINK that was the Nala I saw. I'm SO sorry to tell you this, but she was HORRIBLE! She MURDERED "Shadowland"!!!! I hope you get to see the Mufasa I did, because she was AWSOME! Hope you and your chorus have a GREAT and safe trip! Enjoy the shows!
Wax Lion says that he auditioned for The Lion King but they told him he was too small. Maybe I can get that Tracey Turnblad spot that's opening up?
Love,

I saw Lion King a month ago - it was excellent. The cast is great. Have fun in NY!
I saw Richard kind and Alan Ruck in The Producers a few months ago...Kind was a bit light on singing talent, but really funny and his singing didn't detract from the performance IMO. Ruck could definetly carry a tune, his Leo Bloom was extremely neurotic, don't know if it was over the top b/c i've never seen any other cast, but it worked well and in summation I laughed my butt off. Wasn't there something on Playbill about Alan Ruck leaving though?
