I picked up the book, "C'est la vie" by Suzy Gershman and finished it in two days. It was a wonderful book and took me out of reality while I was reading it.

Finished The Master of Go and How I Paid For College. I'm really loving Kawabata, but I don't think I'll have time to get to more of his books. Starting up on Sophie's Choice now. :)
I FINALLY got The Da Vinci Code on reserve at the library for me today, so I put Angels & Demons aside and just read the prologue which reads really similar to the prologue in Angels and Demons. Hmmm . . .

Broadway actress Sharon Wheatley's book, 'Til the Fat Girl Sings was just named as one of the best reads for the summer on Good Morning America!! Here's the link for the complete list, check it out.
LaVieHilary, you might like The Bell Jar by Sylvia Plath. It's not about drug or alcohol addiction, but it's semi-autobiographical (that's a mouthful..) and it deals with a young woman having a mental breakdown. Not exactly like A Million Little Pieces, but I think you'd like it if you haven't already read it :)
