DEH Belasco Exchange?

Hello!

So I'm trying to go to DEH later this month and my only option aside from the lottery is StubHub.  I bought some tickets, but they are for the Belasco theater.  Can anyone tell me the process for exchanging the tickets for Music Box tickets?  Will they work at the Music Box even if they say Belasco?  I'm asking StubHub to verify they are valid prior to the show, because it seems pretty shady, but I'd appreciate any insight.

Did you buy these tickets from Telecharge yourself, or you're saying you bought them from StubHub but they say Belasco?
 

If the latter, which makes more sense, You're going to need to contact the StubHub user and ask for the updated tickets.

I bought them from StubHub, but the original buyer never exchanged them.  I'm just curious about what the process for exchange is, so that I can be armed with more information.

The original user should have gotten an updated ticket automatically. If they didn't - it's possible that they are duping you. Or that they just sent the Belasco tickets accidentally. If, by any chance, their original ticket did NOT get replaced automatically, you should ask them to call the Box Office and get an updated ticket and send that to you. I don't think Box Office would replace your tickets directly without asking for original billing info for the tickets which you probably won't have.

Exactly, which is why I suggested you need to reach out to the original buyer. You can't just bring your stubhub printed tickets to the Music Box.

Maybe they were listed before the theater change & the seller forgot or didn't know how to replace them once they got the new tix.  It's definitely an automatic thing with e-tix.  My replacement e-ticket from TC for Glass Menagerie arrived unsolicited by me.
