wow that's awesome telcharge gave you a refund!!!! I thought refunds are normally not given but they'd happily exchange it for a later date or something?

I was shocked too! I told them I could no longer make it and they put me on hold and came back saying a full refund had been issued. I think because it is selling very well it was easier to do. Even though their site is annoying, their service can be so great.

Good to know!!! As they say, doesn't hurt to call telecharge or ticketmaster as you never what they'd say! Yes Network is indeed selling very vey well.
