Does anyone know if they have announced anything for sure? Is there a website or cities and dates? Saw it on Broadway with Lithgow, Butz and Scott, want to see it again on Tour.
Thanks!
its definately coming to San Jose May 1-13 2007

About only 1/6 of the tour has been announced, mainly because most theatre's subscriptions announcements have not happened yet.
But it is going all over the place, it really is...

Thanks, guess I will just have to wait to see if it will come near.
it's the big State Fair show here in Dallas for the Summer Musicals series during the month of October.
It likely will spend most of at least 2006 more on the west coast than the east coast.

i would like to see Anastasia Barzee or Tami Tappan in Sheri's role..
It actually seems to be playing more east coast cities late this year. According to Broadway Across America, it will be in Seattle and Houston, then to Atlanta, Tampa Bay, Baltimore and Miami to round out 2006.
Tami would be GREAT! Unless her hubby and kid went on the road with her, I don't think she'd have any interest. But we'll gladly, and selfishly, keep her here on the west coast.
What happened to it starting in Denver?

I'm so glad that the tour is comiing to San Jose.
where'd did you all find these cities for the tour?
Really? If true, that would be awesome! Depending on the dates, I may try to catch it in Baltimore...
It's coming to Pittsburgh, I can't remember the dates, though...
Wow, definitely hadn't even heard about this. Rock.
If you go to www.broadwayacrossamerica.com and search for cities for DRS they will come up. I cant seem to put a direct link I guess because it is a flash site.
I'll be seeing it again in Baltimore!

Anyone think they will change the script a tad for Dallas so the audience isn't offended by, "The Bush's of Tex were nervous wrecks, because their son was dim..."?

Say I don't have a life, whatever ... up late waiting for some Pepto-Bismol to settle a queasy tummy before I go to bed. Found this thread while googling around for DRS tour info (and attempting to take my mind off aforementioned queasiness).

they sure are booking very short stays in these cities
Chill it with the caps, yo. Ouch!
I've only looked at a few closely, but it looks as if there is a good amount of space in btw. each (i know you already mentioned how short the stay is in each city)
