I was going through some boxes of old programs and found the one for the 2001 Toronto production of TDC...Thought some of the show's fans might get a kick out of seeing what the original song line-up was....
De Graaff!
Show Off
Cold Feets
Best Man for the Job
Over-Rated World
Accident Waiting to Happen
I Am Aldolpho
Pang! Poom! Pow!
Message from a Nightengale
Bride's Lament
I Remember Love
P's and Q's
Groom's Vow
Cacophony
I Do, I Do in the Sky
Mumbachachasamba (Twice a Day)
Quite different from what eventually opened on Broadway!
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
I host a weekly one-hour radio program featuring cast album selections as well as songs by cabaret, jazz and theatre artists. The program, FRONT ROW CENTRE is heard Sundays 9 to 10 am and also Saturdays from 8 to 9 am (eastern times) on www.proudfm.com

I remember days
Or at least I try
But as years go by
They're sort of haze
And the bluest ink
Isn't really sky
And at times I think
I would gladly die
For a day of sky

And Starbucks will use the words 'large' and 'small', not pretentious crap like grande and tall.

Posted: 1/11/08 at 5:37pmIt would be great if Lisa and Greg would release an album that included those songs. Maybe they will in the future? I would buy it! With the success of Drowsy, we might get to see more their work on another Album. The theme to Slings and Arrows is pretty funny too!

With Clay Aiken in Spamalot, all of Broadway is singing a collective "There! Right! There!" -Me-
"Not Barker, Todd is the only person I've ever known who could imitate Katherine Hepburn...in print." -nmartin-
