Posted: 11/1/04 at 1:10pm"Dame Edna: The Royal Tour" was one of the funniest shows I've ever seen in my life. I went three times, each with a different set of two or three friends and every one of them to a person laughed until their sides ached. I'm taking four or five friends to the new show next month (it'll be their Xmas present) and I can't wait.

Posted: 11/1/04 at 1:12pmDame Edna is hilarious, Newsie. You're too young to remember this, but there were some TV specials of his shown here in the U.S. in the 80's. So my first glimpse was free, but after that I now gladly pay Broadway prices for this unparalleled hilarity.

Dame Edna's last Broadway show was the most hysterical night I've ever spent in a theatre. I know others don't share my opinion, but I was hyperventilating with laughter, sitting the front row thrusting my gladiola.
Plus, this time she has some boys backing her up, along with the Edna-ettes...
