You should send an SASE no matter what. I'd try to find out if anyone has done that with the Neder recently, or go and ask if you can. It sounds kind of like a crapshoot to me.

I suppose it wouldn't hurt to send one (maybe w/ a folded envelope inside it w/ enough postage on it to send a CD). What's the worst that'd happen, you'd loose a buck or two in envelopes and postage. If push comes to shove, it looks like you can get it on BC/EFA, right? I didn't check the links.
