EDIT- Circle in the Square is the only house that is currently dark at the end of October. We might have a few shows shutter before the dry spell of September hits, though.
I've seen a couple of articles on this, but none say who is playing who. My guess is that Leguizamo is playing Teach and Cedric playing Don? Anybody know?

I think you're on target, Professor. It played the Barrymore in '77, so that would be cool if it were to play there again. I have to say I LOVE this casting.
The OBC, IMHO, was the best -- R. Duvall, John Savage, Ken McMillan. That Santo Loquasto set design was magnificent. Awesome! The revival about 20 yrs ago with Pacino was okay, but not nearly as good as the orig. The funny thing is, both versions played less than 5 months, if I remember correctly, and audiences in '77 were pretty dumbfounded at the content and language. Of course, it's sooooooooooo different nowadays. Nothing's "taboo" anymore. I like this play a whole lot more than Speed-the-Plow. Not a "tourist" show for sure. (Thank G-d. LOL.)
