I have been waiting for David to play Fiyero on broadway since he did the readings a few years ago. I can't wait to see him just knock em' dead in this role!

Hi Jaystar...

I was in Boston for his show...3 shows, and he didn't have the glasses on...but it doesn't matter...his talent comes from within.....the beauty of this man is icing on the cake...and just the sweetest, kindest soul there ever was!!!!! Truly one of the greatest friends you could ever hope to have...

I was just surprised by the glasses. I didn't remember Lazar wearing glasses on the PBS Broadcast.

Yeah, I don't think he did...David did it for a reason...I guess he wore them to make a point, and then after he met Clara he saw her through his own eyes...not of that through glasses...

Well, I'm sure there is more to it than that...but he is gorgeous either way...REALLY....:)

I know he is going to be AMAZING tonight...I wish I could have been there for opening night, but I'll get there soon.

I guess.. he might just wore that in DC. If my recollection is right.. I think the show played from May 29-till Jun 9. I cant really remember if he wore glasses???? -now that you mentioned it... When I saw it..Of course I am sitting at the nosebleed seats.. I cant even see his face... All I remember is he has a nice bod.. I dont know how I remember that ? LOL!

I think El Fantasma or Glory (we were talking about this in another thread) saw the show too? Did he wear glasses or that's just in the photos published at the Boston Globe.... I need help to remember it... anyone from Boston?

David was great tonight! He had a few line bloopers, but sang and acted beautifully otherwise.

At one point he ran off stage the wrong way and Stephanie made some "Uh-nuh" noise and he came barreling back across the stage. It was the cutest/funniest thing. It wouldn't be a bad add on "NOT THAT WAY FIYERO!"
