David Hasselhoff as Billy Flynn!

Saw him in the London production last week and I was......impressed....yes...he actually WAS the part and I really enjoyed his performance....Certainly a lot better than Sascha Distel (who killed of the whole show) and Marti Pellow (Even though Wet Wet Wet is one of my favourite groups he was horrible) and by far the best Billy Flynn I've seen in a long time....!!!! Catch him if you can

oh, I have a hard time believing that, there were so many GOOD Billy's (Seiber is my favorite)

I'm talking about London-Billys...I bet Chris Sieber was amazing....and Billy Zane.....but Hassel was actually good....and he was joined by a superb cast as well...Anita Louise Combe and Rebecca Thornhill were brill as Velma and Roxie.....

if marti was so poor, why did they keep asking him back in london, asked him to come back to nyc after the strike and next will tour the uk as billy.

what does he need to do to get some respect in on this board, in this country, etc.

Marti filled the house, that doesn't suggest that he was any good...as I said; I LOVE Marti Pellow, but he was BAD in Chicago....!

Marti Pellow is not getting the recognition he deserves in the states. The audience is obviously blind to talent. Can't wait til he is back here to people that appreciate what he does damn well in my opinion.
