I remember Sondheim’s turtle bay townhouse was selling for 7M. I almost had a chance to buy it if I had won the lottery ;))))

Sondheim's house looked lovely at time of sale, I would've moved right in. As nice as Merrick's house is now, it's missing that classic townhouse feel that so many modernizations take away.
