Dear Evan Hansen - Cancellation Line/Lottery/Ticketing Questions

I've been looking for some tickets from the venue to see Noah, and I'm kicking myself for not buying some front-row seats when they were released. I see them on StubHub for $1,000 a piece now Dear Evan Hansen - Cancellation Line/Lottery/Ticketing Questions

No worries! The box office used to sell them from the box office but I guess they noticed the same people kept buying them and some (not all) eventually ends up on StubHub so they tried selling them online.
Personally I wish they set those aside for the rush lottery.

hello; first time poster here!

I'm coming over from London for a very last minute few days away. Hoping to see DEH on the 13th December, matinee or Evening. Not really wanting to spend the top $300 dollars on the last remaining seats as I'm an actor with not a lot of cash!!

Wondering what time people would recommend I got to the cancelation line if I wanted to be first?

Thank you in advance!!

You should be fine in the second row - just avoid the extreme sides as there's a wall on either side that will obstruct your view a bit. I sat in the front row center and was completely fine. No neck strain and I'm pretty short. If you're having trouble seeing in the second row, ask for a booster seat. I asked for one and they straight up gave me a full seat cushion that was even plusher and taller, not a booster.

Dear Evan Hansen - Cancellation Line/Lottery/Ticketing Questions

Hey all! Dumb question - is there any way to get tickets by waiting in line for box office to open? This past summer a friend and I stood in line from early in the morning (around 2am) until the box office opened at 10 and then we were able to snag some tickets for $99. Is this still possible, or are the only options to check telecharge for nay openings, enter the lottery, or buy from stubhub?

I'm looking for 2 tickets for this upcoming Friday (Dec 1)! Willing to wait in line Thursday night/into Friday morning but didn't know what the options currently are.

Thanks for the help!

Thank you so much for this tip, I was able to grab two tickets in January in the front row!!

There were also lots of tickets available in orch row b, extreme right (seats 10 and 12). Is there a wall on this side too or just the on the left side? This picture from view my seat (https://aviewfrommyseat.com/photo/79230/Music+Box+Theatre/section-Right+Orchestra/row-B/seat-10/) doesn't look bad. Also, I'm blanking...are those end seats on an aisle or are they enclosed?

Thank you for letting me know about the tickets! I just got partial view row D 13-15 for my boyfriend for Christmas. Going in January (also seeing Bette in Dolly in her last week and Meteor Shower, rushing both). He is going to be SO HAPPY! Anyone sit in these locations? I hope they're not too bad.

I sat in the second row center. While I did have to look up a lot you were very up close to the point where you can see their lace front wig’s. I think the ideal spot is three or four rows back.  I’m 6 ft so I doubt I would have gotten a booster seat. I wouldn’t sit there again.

This thread has a whole lot of information... which makes it difficult to go through my question...

I've noticed on telegraph, the week before Christmas in general have very limited available seats. Will telegraph release more premium seats (center Orchestra), when closer to the show times? Thanks!

Just checked - there are some great seats for face value at $199 for this Friday (singles). Telecharge is down on my computer, but I called to check. If you want to pay $199 you definitely can find some good tickets.

I'm hoping to spend less on less premium seats - if you know of anyone getting rid of tickets for this Friday or Sat, let me know.

What seats are cheaper than $199?

I just saw that. They're $26 with fees.

Not a bad price ... there are 100+ tickets for cheap for tonight ... is Noah on?

I was surprised when I saw $90 matinee tickets this morning but $25 right before curtain is wild. Even Charlie and the Chocolate Factory tickets were still $60 before curtain. Maybe scalpers are realizing how big of a pull Ben actually was.
