I have one Dear Evan Hansen ticket for sale for the Sunday July 2, 2017 3pm show.
Orchestra Row D Seat 15 (partial view)
I only have the physical ticket, but will be in NYC beginning July 1 afternoon and would be able to meet to give you the ticket.
Please message me if interested! I purchased it for $350 and am hoping to sell for that amount.
If I have no luck here, I'd like to list on Stubhub, does anyone know how it works when the seller only has a physical ticket?
Thanks!

There's a StubHub center at 40/7 or somesuch, and you can take it there, list it, and then the buyer can just go grab it there.

What is the face value written on the ticket?

$69 is the face value listed on the ticket (I paid $350 on stubhub).

You can also try selling the ticket on the cancellation line on Sunday afternoon though not sure if anyone will budge $350 (though I can see people paying $199 for it, which is the cancellation ticket price.)
As for stubhub center, if no one buys the ticket after the show starts at 8pm, as the owner you're welcome to pick up the ticket from the stubhub center and sell it to anyone there or back at the theater (if anyone from cancellation line is still there) or go ahead and use the ticket yourself (though you'll most likely stand with SRO and be seated during intermission if the show already started.)

Thanks, I will definitely go to the stubhub center tomorrow and post my ticket on their site, I'd sell for under what I paid for it, just to recoup some of the cost.
I went to the telecharge site this morning and found a center orchestra seat for the Sunday matinee that I went ahead and bought, so I'm just stuck with an extra ticket now. I shouldn't have bought the new ticket, but it was almost too good to resist (although very expensive).
Appreciate the advice!
