If I read correctly, people's plus one tickets are pre-assigned to a person just as they first ones were. DEH seemed very aware people might try and resell these tickets and so they seem to be completely non-transferable.

I don't need my name on a ticket, I won DEH lottery and they didn't even ID, they only asked for a name. Not even a confirmation number. Security is super low so it is definitely possible.

The only box office that’s ever asked me for my ID after winning was Hamilton. Wonder why that is?

The lottery doesn't stress using your legal name that shows on your ID like the fan day signup did, though.
