I'm going to have to add some of the already mentioned folks to my list.
Kelli O'Hara - her voice, espeically in the "Hey There (Reprise)" makes me melt . . . and I'm a straight female.
Gavin Creel - I first heard him in the finale of Millie on accubroadway.com's radio. I came thisclose to fainting from him singing just that one line.
Stephanie J. Block - It mostly comes down to how emotive these singers are and I rank Ms. Block up there with Norbert Leo Butz on that scale.

Linda Eder is tops! She's got THE best voice around right next to Julie Andrews. Next on the list are:
Marin Mazzie
Rebecca Luker
Brian Stokes Mitchell
Idina Menzel
Kristin Chenoweth
Jesse L. Martin (I just LOOOOVE him)
And from now on: Victoria Clark!

Norbert Leo Butz
Sherie Rene Scott
Neil Patrick Harris
Sara Ramirez (I knew she could sing her face off because of Spamalot, but after seeing her perform on Craig Ferguson's show...damn! I love her voice.)
&I've also developed a new liking for Alan Cumming's voice.

Laura Benanti, especially when she is singing in a accent.
and Debbie Gravitte (she is the only one one broadway with the true broadway belt)!

Michael Ball --
from baritone to tenor notes!!
Beautiful golden voice and flexibility among many musical genres (from legit sound to pop and even light opera)!
I guess that explains his success not only in musical theatre but also in the recording field and the concert stage.
It would be nice to hear him perform in a concert at Carnegie Hall!
