Desperately seeking Hamilton playbills!

Hello!

Trying to get as many Hamilton playbills as I can to form a gift for a friend/fan's birthday surprise!

However I'm in the UK so they are hard to get a hold of.

By any chance, does anyone have any spares, or is anyone going to the theatre any time soon that could grab me a small pile? Happy to pay shipping costs of course.

I don't think anyone can run with a pile of playbills from the theater with their dignity intact. Maybe you can try to see if anyone on eBay is selling them?

I know that some people leave shows after checking seats around them for playbils and then take them home, and I left a theatre with 5 playbills once, if I remember correctly. But ebay is the place to go. Throw in a few things from Hamilton's shop.

Thanks, I have ordered a couple from eBay but the shipping to the UK is so high for single copies and I'm sure some sellers mark up the cost!

It sounds crazy but we wanted to wallpaper one side of her room in the playbills! Maybe we'll have to settle for something on a smaller scale!

Xerox one cover, and then wallpaper her room with those copies? It would probably be cheaper than trying to get someone to steal a "pile" of Playbills (large enough to wallpaper a wall? How many Playbills would that even be?) from the theatre and send them to you.

Literal LOL. Or you can try to pick up a dropped bundle outside the theatre when the playbill truck leaves. I almost did this once (at another show).

I'd also recommend having a mix of show posters and Playbills - so add some variety. And if your friend wouldn't mind an entire wall papered - I am guessing they actually love the LMM and Groffsauce (b)romance, so have random pictures of them making out.

Thanks all, the plan is to hide playbills in random places (like her car, mailed to work, etc) then copy the cover and stick it all over her room. Then her boyfriend will present her with tickets on her bday (after pretending he couldn't get them).

She's a big fan...

I know some people that work for the theater. Will see what I can do.  How many do you need. I also am friendly with the playbill delivery guys.

Sorry for bringing this back but I'm also desperately looking for Hamilton playbills with the OBC. Would love a lot so if anyone has a big pack of them, I'd be willing to pay $300-$400 depending on the amount.

How about just scanning the playbill and printing copies of it to make wallpaper? Do they have to be actual playbills?

i looked around before leaving the theatre - NOT ONE playbill left behind at Hamilton.

Recently was in New York  and managed to get multiple copies of the rainbow version and then the no border current version with obc 

the night I first went they were filming the show at the end of June and  there is an insert with Jonathan Groff as the replacement..... Haha 

Went crazy and  took home 15  of each! Nice pile of mint copies near the exit .....woohoo!

Knowing they may be collectible one day!!

Dies anyone think they will become in demand one day!
