Did Reba do a recording for "Annie Get Your Gun"?

I'm doing a show right now and I guy in my dressing room said that Reba did do a recording for "Annie Get Your Gun"...if so this is news to me. Is it true?

There is no FULL recording, but there are Sample Tracks that were released with a few songs only!

As DrTheatre said there was a promotional disc that was released with press packs and what not which had her singing "You Can't Get A Man With A Gun" and "Lost In His Arms" but that's all there is.

I am fortunate enough to have the disc and her recordings of those two songs are glorious. Her voice just sores.

There really should have been a full recording but I am sure there was an issue with her record label which kept it from happening.

Shortly before Reba began her run in the show back in January 2001, she recorded a 2-track promotional sampler CD which included full orchestra recordings of: "You Can't Get a Man with a Gun" and "I Got Lost in his Arms". Unfortunately, since the recording was made prior to her ever having done one performance, she recorded the songs as songs and not as performed in the show. Since it IS Reba, there are little character touches in her recording though not the ones she did on stage.

This sampler CD was included inside the souvenir program.
