What did you make of it? (Several members of my family saw it back in the late 1970s.) Is there any reason it's not being brought back today?
I saw it. It was a multimedia concert, with a pretty convincing group of lookalikes (except I remember I saw a kinda goofy George Harrison understudy). Fun, but I think it was a product of its time, and I think it was too mild an evening to be revived.
I did. There were pictures and film clips projected on a big screen on the stage. My seats were too close to the stage to see what was on the screen and that was half the show. The music was great,of course, but I wasn't hugely impressed otherwise.
If you'd like to get some idea of what a Beatlemania show was like on Broadway, you don't have to look much farther than the assorted touring Beatles tribute bands out there around the country (and internationally as well).
