Posted: 6/12/07 at 10:03pmYou "want get"? That's a new phrase. Spring Awakening wont be up at TKTS for a long time.

Plus, can we stop these acronyms?
Is it THAT difficult to write out "Spring Awakening?"

What do you mean WTF?
It's not as if plenty of other Broadway World users haven't expressed their hatred for acronyms as well.

Posted: 6/12/07 at 11:21pmmy friend did! She got there at 7 in the morning and bought us a pair of tickets and said she was eighth in line of about fifty. If anyone would like a little review of the show i'd be glad to tell you everything... they were all exceedingly nice at the stage door. this was the second time i saw it and it was BETTER, the cast was HAPPIER, and the audience was loving it.

munk, do you just use your free time to search for acronyms we use? Next, people are going to complain for us using NYC. God forbid we can't type out New York City.
SPRING AWAKENING was not at TKTS today.

i was there on Monday, I got there about 8:05, and was about 15th on the line. About 5 people showed up all of 2 seconds before me. When I got my ticket it made me wonder how they give out those tickets because mine was very close to the stage- too close for them to have sold 15-30 tickets on the sides of the orch if they gave them out from front to back.

Posted: 6/13/07 at 3:35amyeah mistress as someone who has rushed it many times and always gotten a different seat I have NO CLUE as to how they do it. i have been anywhere from 20th in line and gotten the boxes to first in line and gotten 5th row extreme side (not nearly as nice as the boxes) I would love to know how they work it out as well.

Posted: 6/13/07 at 10:26amI rushed yesterday, showed up at 7:30 and was 11th in line, but there were only 2 big groups ahead of me and they had 2 onstage seat cancellations so I was the first one to ask for them - amazing! I thought I was going to have to wait until September!

Posted: 6/13/07 at 4:42pmAnyone happen to ask the first group of people in line what time they got there? Thanks so much!

re: Did anyone rush SA today?#19
Posted: 6/13/07 at 8:29pmLast saturday I bought a SRO ticket at 10:45. I don't even think all of the SRO spots were full at the show.

My sincerest aplogies to anyone who doesn't like the acronyms. I was feeling lazy.
I got to the theatre at 7 today and the line was a little past the stagedoor. I was able to get 3 tickets to the matinee, but the line was nearly at the 8th avenue corner by the time they sold the tickets.
