Did not think it was terrible. It was not supposed to be high art and it wasn't. It was supposed to be a fun evening and it succeeded. Will it spawn a movie version ? Nope. It is gone and forgotten and will not be revived. If you did not care for it fine. Everyone has their own taste. If you thought it was going to be another King & I, you made a mistake . Sorry.

It was a campy show and it was fun.
Broadway was never the place for a show with that sensibility.

The thought of it consumes my waking days. I clutch my playbill tightly to my chest rocking back and forth waiting for the cast recording THERE IS GOING TO BE A CAST RECORDING RIGHT!?!?! so yeah some people still think about it.
