Disney's "The Jungle Book" Musical Adaptation

Do you think there will be a reemergence of the Jungle Book musical Disney was working on with Mary Zimmerman since there has been such a positive reception to the current movie? Sidenote: If you haven't seen the movie yet, please do. It is truly terrific and encapsulate Disney magic.

Terrific movie.  Kept  thinking  what Jon Favreau could have done with  Jersey Boys the movie.

I hope something comes of it. I don't understand why they didn't put that production in an Off-Broadway theatre the way Peter and the Starcatcher started out. There's room in New York for Lion King and Jungle Book.

It  would have to be better starting with the score. 

Did not think TLK score was great. Like the show, it was overrated. Jungle wins on score alone plus the show sounds more appealing.

Loved the new film, was wondering if it would generate any more interest in the show
