Do Frozen's International Announcements = Recoupment?

I was just wondering would we consider Frozen's announcement of 3 international productions on its 1st anniversary, that also touted how "popular" the show is, as a Disney version of a recoupment announcement as they aren't know to do so. I just did some basic math and if we assume the nut is $900k the show has grossed $45M, and if we are even more conservative with a $1M nut, the show has grossed $39.5M.  Anyone have any thoughts or insider info?

Removing all the difficulties caused by deducting the weekly nut, Frozen has made around $95 million, and will break the $100 million barrier by the end of the season. I'm not sure that it has recouped yet due to the giant initial budget, but it has not been the same outright flop as Tarzan or The Little Mermaid. Even if you feel like it has been a bit of a financial disappointment, it has done enough to earn an international transfer...

I hope that some substantial changes are made for the international production (especially for the West End) but Disney don't want to take too many risks. We can expect slightly sharper effects and a few dialogue changes, but I think it will not change the minds of detractors....
