My guess is Akimbo announces a late February or early March closure just after the Holidays so they can run a see last years Tony Winner before it closes campaign. How to Dance and Harmony on the other hand could announce any day and still hypothetically still close before years end.

It wasn't making a ton of money, nor was it on track to recoup its investment, but was still consistently turning a profit.
