According to their telecharge page, there are $27 rush tickets.
"Rush Tickets: $27.00 - Available at the Box Office only on the day of the performance - limit 2 tickets per person - Subject to Availability."
I interpret that to be general rush and when the box office opens.

When I see the phrase "the ____ estate", I imagine a vast mansion in the country full of monocled men and high-collared women receiving letters about productions across the country and doing spit-takes at whatever they contain.
