There's a premiere, or premieres, if they do ones in NY and maybe LA.... then there's the actual public release. They are different things. Premieres are generally invite only, unless they're charity screenings, too, then the general public can get tix, if they can find where to get them. Sometimes the distributor/studio will give you that info.
