I found out via a local TV ad that Chicago was going to play the Palace Theatre in Waterbury CT. I had known that the tour was starting back up again so I assumed that it was part of the tour. However, when I went to the tour website it didn't list Waterbury as one of the tour stops.
Anyone know anything

It is non-eq.
All of their Broadway Series is non-eq. (Except for JCS coming in the spring, I believe.) And.. really bad non-eq, at that. (I was a subscriber two years ago. Never again.)
