Whatever happened to Dr. Doolittle The Musical? Did Tommy Tune run out of steam or was it just unworkable? Are there any future plans for it?

I saw it in Denver. Wasn't that great. A few fun moments but what I saw here would have been ripped to shreds in New York most likely.

Yeah.. I saw it here in Kansas City, totally had the production quality and style of a VEE Corp. production, they produce the Sesame Street Live shows. It wouldn't have made money to stay alive on Broadway. The only thing I really thought was neat in the production was the ship wreck scene that ended and opened act two.

Depending where people saw the production, they either performed it shortened (One Act) or a full two act show. I saw the full show.

Broadway Shows I've Seen: Hairspray, Chicago, Little Shop of Horrors (2003), The Wedding Singer, Spamalot, Riverdance, Rent, Beauty and the Beast, Spring Awakening, Wicked, Legally Blonde, Phantom of the Opera, Sweet Charity (revival), Drowsy Chaperone, The Lion King, Dreamgirls(2010 Tour).

The movie was unfairly maligned. It was quite good IMO.
