I'm new around here on the boards and am attending the Drama Desk Awards tomorrow for the first time. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to expect in terms of red carpet, how long the show is, what time I should get there to get into the theatre, and any other helpful info. I can't find anything online about when doors open or anything really. Thanks!

There is a red carpet thing just outside the front door and along 44th (?) street, which a bunch of photographers and press and a few fans, but nothing huge.
I don't remember how long the show was in 2012 when I went, maybe along the lines of 2h?
The theater would be open at least a half hour before I think, but I don't know for sure because I was watching the red carpet and didn't go in until 5 minutes or so to 8.
There is no dress code or anything.

I am also going today as well. Do fans get to walk the red carpet too?

No, the red carpet is for the stars only. The red carpet leads into the one of the entrance doors of Town Hall, all other doors are for everybody else.
