Drama recommendations

Taking someone who lives in Ca and is visiting NYC to a drama (her request). Can anyone recommend or not recommend Mother and Son, Act One, the Criple of Inishmaan and the Velocity of Autumn? Want to get tickets soon and since I go to musicals predominately, I don't know too much about plays. thanks

I would recommend The Cripple of Inishmaan.

Of course that's worth very little, seeing as I don't know you from Adam. Still, based on the limited information you've given us, that would be my choice. It's funny and entertaining, not too heavy, and you get to see Harry Potter in person. Your friend might like that.
