Although she has serious problems in other areas , I think a revival of her as Norma Desmond in Sunset Blvd would be great. She is in the are age wise & she has the pipes .

On her Back to Broadway album, she did her renditions of "As If We Never Said Goodbye" and "With One Look." They were beautiful. I support your suggestion. She could also be a great Mama Rose.

I agree- Tammy doesn't have the best voice even though her acting is superb. Mandy Gonzalez as Millie? Hmm...she could handle the rolw vocally, but I just can't see it. I like Jen Gambatese for the role better.

Shoshanna Bean, Orfeh and Taylor Dayne as the Urchins in LS, with Heather Headly as Audrey. Now, THAT, would have been worth going to the theater for. It would have also been considered a complete and total reworking that could possibly have put the "ghost of Ellen Greene" to rest, once and for all. Or even, (for those who can't stand Taylor Dayne), Stacy Francis, instead. Now those are some freakish belters. The current urchins are lovely, just not life altering, which is what we ALL seem to be after, everytime we see a show.

Stacy Francis was in Footloose, correct?
