I saw Dreamgirls two years or so ago in London and thought it was supposed to be transferring to Bway but so far nothing. Anyone have any status update?

I had a chance to see it as well - stunning, entertaining, moving, and phenomenal!! Broadway would be Lucky to get it!!! Saw it towards the end of the their run with no 'names' in it - or at least people I was familiar with and thought it was perfect!!!

Marisha Wallace was EONS better than Amber Riley, who couldn't seem to act her way out of a paper bag.
I saw her do the warm-up production of Dreamgirls at Dallas Theater Center a few months before she went on to London. She's a total knockout.
While she continues to do very well in London, I'd love to see her on Broadway, in a lead, in Dreamgirls.

I saw it with Marisha also and she was amazing! I would love to see her star in the role on broadway. She’s been such an asset to the West End the past couple of years and def deserves a chance at huge broadway success also!
