Drowsy Chaperone Timing Question
#1Drowsy Chaperone Timing Question
Posted: 8/13/07 at 11:33amI *might* see Drowsy tomorrow night. Ilovenytheater.com says the show is 1 hr 45 min, meaning that it should get out aroud 9:45. I remember when I saw the show a couple of years ago it was closer to 2 hours. Could I make a 10:22 train at Grand Central if I walked?

Posted: 8/13/07 at 11:45amWithout the curtain call, it runs about 1 hr and 41 minutes. And they could start the show late by a few minutes, so I'd estimate about 1 hour and 50 minutes just to be safe.

Posted: 8/13/07 at 12:06pmI've gone from the Richard Rodgers at 10:45 to Grand Central to catch a train at 11:10. I ran and didn't care for it, but I made it. Make sure you're wearing shoes you can run in just incase... because I wasn't, and that made it difficult.

Posted: 8/13/07 at 4:21pmI have a feeling I could make it. I guess I could leave the show a few minutes early (I'd really hate to do that). If I go.

Woops.
Well, to answer you're question, I have made it from the theatre district to GC in like 2 min.
How?
Go directly to the 42nd street subway station and catch a shuttle. They leave around every five minutes and take about a minute to get there.
