So does that mean Eden will be taking pay at scale? I have to imagine that if they wouldn't pay out for Groff, they won't for her, even with the new reduced capitalization cost.

Times Square 3, you forgot the other kick in the you know what Julie got at Wicked. Two month gap between Kerry Ellis's departure and Nicole Parker's arrival. Instead of promoting Reiber (now the Broadway standby) for two months, they (once again) bring in a standby from another company.
Also, anyone think she had a chance at the Tony as Shiela?
Who knows? She has not even begun rehearsals for the role yet. Way too early to speculate about awards for her.
