They're Wizard of Oz dolls, not Wicked/Elphaba/Idina dolls..

if anyone thinks these are styled after Baum's original illustrations, rather than the facial structure of Ms. Menzel, you need glasses.

And they modeled Galinda after Kristin Chenoweth, thats why her dress is pink and her hair is red.

EDIT: Plus not that many people are going to wan to play dress up with an ugly doll.

Those are really amusing. I kind of want an Elphie one. Too bad they don't have one that looks like JLT. Or, well, is Blonde. BU! You can always get an outfit and pull out an old Barbie, and TADA! You've got a nice little set.

I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints.

Personally, I think Glinda looks like Piper Laurie in "Carrie." And does anyone else think the Dorothy doll looks a little like our own judy_in_disguise?

i was refering more to the hair, crown, etc which are from the movie...

i think the faces of all the dolls there are actually pretty similar to each other even.

I think the fashions are kinda fun. These are much bigger tham barbies - don't buy the clothes thinking they will fit.

It says on the website that these dolls are not to reflect the films stars faces, just a doll structure...

neither one of the dolls in any way resembles Tonner's usual head sculpture. and the website makes it plain these are not to be resembling Billie Burke and Margaret Hamilton, as Franklin Mint has the copyright for dolls of those images.
